At Tribal Encounters, we’re committed to providing a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Please review our shipping policy to ensure clarity about how your order will be processed and delivered.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) after payment is confirmed.

  • Custom or handmade items may require additional time, which will be noted in the product description.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days. Rates calculated at checkout.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days for an additional fee.

  • Free Shipping: Orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping within US and Canada.

Note: Delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide! International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your shipment is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact our Tribe at info@tribalencounters.com with your order details.

  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery for resolution.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

we strive to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Custom or personalized items, as well as clearance or sale items, are non-returnable, unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Return: Contact our Tribe members at info@tribalencounters.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Our team will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed return instructions.

  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include your RAN. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

  4. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please contact our team at info@tribalencounters.com to initiate the process.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide photos of the damage and your order details to info@tribalencounters.com for swift resolution.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Clearance or final-sale items.

  • Items not in their original condition or missing parts.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or damaged items.

  • If you received free shipping on your order, a shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
